Volunteer Opportunities
Clerical: The Town of Fletcher is in need of light clerical assistance from assembling council packages to maintaining the town archives by going through newspapers and photo’s. Though the work may be light the help is greatly needed and appreciated.
- Duties Include: Photocopying, Maintaining archives, Assembling Council and Meeting Agenda packages, Assisting the Administrative Assistant with tasks as directed.
- Times: Volunteers are especially needed the 1st Friday of each month to ensure that council packages are as assembled and ready for the town council meeting.
Concession Stand Volunteer: Volunteers are needed to man the concession stand. Two staff people will also be working in the concession for supervision and to open and close the concession stand.
- Duties Include: Preparing food (hot dogs, popcorn, snow-cones, Selling food, Light cleaning
- Times Spring/Summer: Saturdays March 29- June 29 9-3pm, Week days: April 21-June 27 5:30-8pm, Volunteers can work 1/2 shifts.
Special Events Volunteer: Special Events volunteers are needed for the Town of Fletcher upcoming events. Volunteer Duties: Help out with set-up and decorations, Help out with refreshments, Different opportunities for each event.
